The global coronavirus crisis helped make remote working one of the key themes of 2020. This trend looks set to continue during the current year and beyond as professionals around the world increasingly embrace a more flexible approach to the workplace.
Ukraine is currently scoring well in the debate over what makes for the ideal remote working destination. Ukrainian capital city Kyiv took twentieth place in the recently released 50 Best Places For Remote Working In 2021 survey produced by Big Seven Travel. Based on core data relating to affordability and internet access, this annual ranking also takes a number of other variables into account including the availability of co-working spaces and the general lifestyle on offer.
Kyiv won praise in the ranking as a “vibrant capital city” with an abundance of co-working options and solid internet coverage. The survey also noted the Ukrainian capital’s affordability and great connections to other European cities, while identifying it is an attractive base for a long stay in the region.
